Payment

Payments are due at the time of service. I accept Checks, Cash, Credit Cards, and HSA Cards. Please be aware that I do not accept insurance. If your current insurance provides any “out-of-network benefits” for counseling, your counseling sessions may be covered in full or partially by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Upon your request, I can provide you with a receipt of services to be used as a superbill along with the codes needed for your reimbursement from your insurance company. Submission of any receipts for reimbursement from your insurance or employee benefit plan is your responsibility.

Rates

$190 per 60 Minutes, $285 per 90 Minutes

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled appointment, or, you have not notified me that you are canceling at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of your session.
